This was another blind buy for me and again I wasn't disappointed. It's your typical boy gets bullied story only in this one it's acted by a few well know character actors in the beginning of their carriers. If you don't recognize them you will when you get to the special feature interviews. Gore wise it starts off a bit slow but comes on real strong near the end, very well done imo. And can you remember the early days of Apple?
I guess they shouldn't have messed with Cooperdick, I mean Coopersmith lol.....

I've been meaning to see that! I'll have to see if it has a U.S. release on blu-ray.

These showed up today.

I have the excellent Image DVD release for A Virgin Among The Living Dead from their Euroshock Collection, but I had to get this Redemption BD for all the extra content for one of my favorite Franco films. The BD includes Franco's original director's cut Christina, Princess Of Eroticism mastered in HD from the original 35mm negative, audio commentary by Tim Lucas, the complete alternate cut of the titular film featuring zombie footage directed by Jean Rollin, original French and English dubbed, alternate erotic footage (5 mins.) featuring Alice Arno, 16 min. "Mysterious Dreams" interview with Jess Franco, 12 min. documentary on the various versions of the film, homage to Franco featuring interviews, photo gallery and trailers. I love this flick.

Corruption, I have never even seen before so this will be a treat. I love anything with Peter Cushing. This BD/DVD Combo Pack from Grindhouse Releasing is loaded with special features: alternate scenes, historic documents, interviews, audio commentary, liner notes, poster art and still galleries, trailers, TV spots, radio spots, and other surprises. Can't wait to dive into this one.

Like you, I had never seen CORRUPTION before until I got the blu-ray last year. It certainly is a different film and well-worth seeking out for it's oddness. The special features are indeed a treat and make this release a really great purchase.

CORRUPTION is a wonderful contemporary addition for Cushing's film resumé. It reminded me strongly of John Frankenheimer's SECONDS (1966 with John Randolph's mind is transferred into Rock Hudson's body into 1966's Swingin' LA Scene).
