Yup-Mighty Gorga was correct.
HH-that pic is big John Bloom in Al Adamson's Brain of Blood. I love Al Adamson's flicks. He was like a 70s Ed Wood.

Try this one on for size!

Correct, RK. Brain Of Blood was actually included in the Blood Island Vacation box set with the Blood Island trilogy. It was Independent International's attempt at a loose sequel to the Blood Island flicks. Brain is interesting but it's no proper Blood Island movie. It does however star Grant Williams of The Incredible Shrinking Man fame.

Attack of the Vampire Pigbats?

I thought it looked more like a "werepig".

I thought maybe he was holding up wings just outside of camera range.

I thought that was Earl Sinclair.

I do know I wouldn't watch it with a gun to my head.

Memphremagog

That thing is from a fan made film called Godzilla vs. the Wolfman...not really a legit release.

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

That is correct Memph! Legendary Beast Wolfman vs Godzilla-a 1980 semi-pro film that just might be getting a legit release from Toho in the near future.
