It was originally made by Six Srings productions back in 2006 I believe. Maybe 2008. He doesnt make kits anymore. The Kit is called "On the Feed' or some such. Its obviously inspired by Lon Chaney's Wolfman from FMW, and is sculpted by Jeff Yagher.

You just cant beat a Yagher sculpt (though Mike Hill is the Wolfman specialist).
