I like the idea of trading cards.  More of Mark's artwork would be made available and the cards would be the easiest to create.

My thinking, as well.

Whilst I'd love to own a reproduction of one of Marks sculpts, I voted for the trading cards for practical reasons (as others have pointed out).

I voted for cards & figures, but I also feel that cards are the best (most practical) way to go.

I voted Mego-style action figure. ;D

So far, the trading card set and the figure/trading card combo are running neck-and-neck. The thing that worries me about doing the trading cards are getting high-end scans of the original art. Hopefully, I can get the owners to get it scanned and send them to me (or the printers) on disks, so that we don't have to worry about sending originals through the mail. I'd like to do at least 12-20 cards. Anything less than 12, we might as well just do a multi-image poster.

How about this for trading cards:
Statement sized (5-1/2 X 8 1/2) with one of Mark's drawings on the front and Mark's picture on the back.  Color on card stock.

What a great idea. I'm a huge Bigfoot enthusiast so I voted Bigfoot sculpture.

I've written to Mark's family regarding our intentions to memorialize him, and that further details would be pending, should they approve.

I would be more than happy to help in any capacity guys. Personally I would love to see one of Mark's figures reproduced complete with trading card but if you do go the Mego route, consider it done at cost

A friend of mine made a suggestion regarding the casting of Mark's artwork. Does anyone have a 3d printer?

Right now, the trading card set is leading in the polls, as far as single items. A Bigfoot statue/art card set seems to be the most popular idea, overall. Any further suggestions/comments are still welcome, at this point.

I'm still going with a big foot with Marks likeness too it. I really think he would dig that.

Nothing is beyond the realm of possibility, at this point. Although, I'd like to try to nail down specifics by the end of the month. That way, I can present a concept to Mark's wife for approval.

How about a figure made from his drawing shown earlier in the thread, with and interchangeable head in the likeness of mark. Like hes wearing a bigfoot suit. I think there is a bob burns model (or figure?) with his head and a gorilla body. Maybe throw a few of his poster style artwork as cards in with it.
We all go a little mad sometimes.
