I saw the advertisement for the King Ghidorah bank many months ago. However, none of the pics, even now, show the whole thing. It is always cut off in the middle. Maybe it will only be like a bust bank and not the full figure. If so, that will be very disappointing.

I am waiting to see the price on the new X Plus King Ghidorah. Sellers are already starting their crap with the soon to be released X Plus Ghidorah. It's not even out yet and they are trying to charge $800 or "best offer" for it. Give me break. X plus figures go for like $350-$450. That is bad enough. However, for someone to ask for $800 for a new 8-10 inch figure is just an example of pure greed. I am hoping when the figure is released that the price will at least be in the normal range of X Plus figures.

Just saw a pic of the King Ghidorah bank. Unfortunately, it is made like it is the pics. It is cut off at the top of the legs. It is too bad because it is a really nice sculpt. I will not be picking this one up.

Also, if they are going to be charging $750, which is the current price on ebay, for the new X Plus Ghidorah.  I won't be buying that one either.

It has always been a bust. The picture is not cut off. That's why we called it a "bust bank." They're kind of our thing.

We did make a full-figure Godzilla bank to start, but then we made a Godzilla bust bank, and then we made this. Next up is a Mechagodzilla bust bank. We may very well do a full-figure Ghidorah sometime down the road, but it is not on the schedule, and I don't know what it would cost. This one is $23, the same as most of our bust banks.

We wanted our Godzilla line to be an alternative to all of the $100-$500 imports, but I can see someone who buys those not really digging our products. Good luck on your X-Plus quest.

I personally love the DST bust banks. The detail is incredible & they display beautifully.

Yes, it is certainly a beautiful sculpt. I just prefer figures. The Godzilla bank is absolutely amazing.

If any of you missed this Jakks Pacific Godzilla the first time around and still want it, it is available again for the release of the new movie. 24" tall but about 3 feet long. It's big, but matches up perfect with that Lanyard King Kong they sold a couple of years ago (and like the Lanyard Kong it's more of a toy than a collectors item because ... it is a toy).

I just can't stand the design of the new Godzilla.  To each his own, but man is he ugly.

I for one favor ugly monsters as a general rule. I steer clear of the sparkly heartthrob Twilight types. Seriously though I donít mind the design at all. As I type this Iím watching my son play with the big 24Ē tall 2014 Godzilla with the 1986 Imperial Godzilla perched on top his head. I actually favor the look of the 2014 version. That being said, I donít really like Godzilla all that much. Iím hoping Kong opens a can on him in the 2020 film.
