I took my Universal Monster MEGOS (the recent ones from EMCE) out and played around photographing them with my Canon T5i and one off camera speed light on a remote trigger. Here are the results.

Very nice photos. Maybe they should have originally released these as silver screen editions and/or with color. I am really liking this.

All of the photos look amazing.  ;D  My favorite, is, the Phantom picture. That particular photo(s) of the Phantom, convey a certain creepy vibe. :D

The black and white photos really pop, Frankenstein's monster does look more like Glenn in your photo. I hope they do more monsters, if not Universals at least something!

Mord

These look some much better in black & white with the proper lighting. This really was a great series of Uni figures.

Dracula by TzarOrmsby, on Flickr
This is the first time this Dracula doesn't look completely absurd to me.

All very cool...especially Creech and the Phantom!

Phantom Dave

The close-up of the Phantom is incredible!  Nice job on all of them.

Thank you everyone!

The close up of the Phantom is my favorite of the ones I took, but I think the black and white really suited all of them.

Dracula and the Bride were hard to get a good shot of, since they're faces are mostly smooth and painted on as opposed to having interesting craggy details like the Creature or Frankenstein's Monster. I also never liked the way Dracula's cape hung on this toy, but I liked the red interior, so I folded it back over and wrapped it around his arms to give it a Gene Colan "Tomb Of Dracula" look (and that's how I display him).

Once I get the Metaluna Mutant from this series I'll post a photo.

Once again, thank you for your kind words. It means a lot to me.

Nice job, they all look great in b/w.  That Phantom is just sick!

Mitchellmania

The Phantom is my favorite! I was amazed at the head sculpt, and the detailed clothing. My only gripe- no socks!

Unknown Primate

Wow!  Fantastic job!  The Phantom and The Creature especially look awesome!
