No. The Go-Gos were an excellent band!

Kinda cracks me up that most of the Go-Gos fan base were tween girls and one of them is wearing a Motorhead shirt.

Yes. However, I associate Cynthia as a Russ Meyer, bombshell. I did not realize her prior modeling status with Playboy/Hefner, until I researched her(Cynthia Meyer).

I was sixteen when Cynthia became the December 1968 gatefold girl:

Needless to say, I was very much impressed at the time.

Incidentally, I met Cynthia at either the Motor City Comicon or the Chicago Comicon circa 2000.

Unfortunately she was quite a bit older at the time, and so was I.

The above CD from 1998 was the follow-up to their self-titled debut CD in 1997.

The Donnas
I dig their(Donnas') version of Strutter

"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Switchblade Symphony. Great 1990's cross between Goth and a little dark wave.
