Donald Pleasence (Dr. Loomis) sculpt...
« on: June 15, 2013, 12:45:44 PM »
Just about ready for molding.
I sculpted this piece for 'HalloweeN's' 35th Anniversary this year. Without Dr. Sam Loomis, Myers wouldn't be as frightening as he was in the first 2 films, imho. Donald's performance as an obsessed Doctor who truly knew what Michael was, MADE us fear the SHAPE that much more.
This piece will be making his debut at Mask-Fest in September in Indy, along with a few other NEW unfortunate souls ;-)

I met Andrew fifteen years ago. I was told there was nothing left. No reason, no conscience, no understanding; even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, good or evil, right or wrong. I met this fabulous sculptor, with this blank, pale, emotionless face and, the blackest eyes... the devil's eyes. I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized what was living behind that man's eyes was purely and simply...evil.

Dr. Loomis

P.S. -- What an awesome piece Andrew!!

Loomis was to Michael Myers what Van Helsing was to Dracula.

I was SURE you were going to say Luke Skywalker to Darth Vader.

That looks great! And now you can do a slight revision and have a Blofeld as well!
