Found a life size Frankenstein via FB marketplace and been upgrading him for Halloween: ...

You fixed his Moe Howard haircut.

He looks much better now!

I have an 88 card set of these wonderful Space Cards that Topps issued in 1957:

Topps rereleased the set in 1958 under the new name Target: Moon to capitalize on the space race.

Half the set was reissued under the Target: Moon title in Topps Fun Packs in 1967-68 but with backs variously termed pink or salmon. These are quite difficult to find.

But a fellow poster very generously just sent me these two splendid pink backed Target: Moon cards for free!

So I'm therefore adding Target: Moon pink backs to the sets at which I'm pecking away!

;D
Collecting! It's what I do!

Love those old space sets!  :)

Not too long ago i got this awesome piece of Dracula art from Epyon5.
It is painted on cut wood and measures 11"x13.5" and is about 1/2" thick.

Two more for the monster game shelf, new releases from Trick or Treat Studios!

This is a reissue of an older game.  It's basically a dice game that uses tokens, so the zombie theme is extremely thin, but the zombies are made of a material like those white domino's, and the dice are also good and etched.  It's a nice production.

This one is completely new!  From Richard Garfield, the creator of Magic: the Gathering, King of Tokyo, and Robo Rally.  Creature Feature is a card game where you all play as Hollywood agents trying to find your movie monster clients gigs in the latest monster flicks.  It uses poker style bidding to win the casting agents over so you can score based on the stars the the high profile of the gigs.  I'm looking forward to spending some time with this one.
