At the flea market this weekend, I happened upon this childs Frankenstein mask (which the dealer just gave me  ;D). I thought it might be a Ben Cooper but I can't find reference pics of it anywhere online. There are no markings or dates on it. Does anyone know who made this?

That's a cool piece. That was a REALLY nice dealer. I wish I had your luck.

I found a mask like that as part of a set being sold a couple years back at a toy store called "Children's Corner" (I think)...the sticker says "Made in China/distributed by parntersindesigndotcom. I have Frank, a Drac, Gorilla and Skull. Let me know if you want to see pics. How cool of the dealer to just give you a nice Frankenstein mask! I LOVE that style and I even just found one today which I'm about to post.

Made a quick stop at a thrift store after work today and found a ninety-nine cent gem. Tag says "Ben Cooper 1980 - HAIRY SCARY Mask"
It's not very scary but it's hairy, Larry, probably not too rarey and very fun to carry.

Here you see now he's at home (upper left) in a long line of not scary masks.

I've got a bunch of those as well. The weirdly abbreviated and abstracted designs have affected my art (for better or worse!).

Found this today at Walgreens.

I imagine these have been around a while, but I hadn't seen them before. Not in my very secluded neck of the woods.

Mike C.

These are now at Kroger/Ralph's/Smith's grocery stores, carded.  I was really happy to see them, as I originally bought them uncarded at Walgreens back in 2007.

Love those!
Here's what's in the full set (I think this is a full set)

Thanks for the pics. I picked up Mummy, Frank and Bride at a KB closeout center for $.39 each last year. Now to hit Walgreens to find the others...

Last year I had some good luck at a local thrift store. Three large Telcos, a smaller one, a Cesar Frankensten mask and more. Last week at the same shop I scored the "Sonic Dracula" copy of the Telco.
Now just today at the same shop (don't kill me Terry) I found another nice large Telco Drac in a box. Missing the skull but it has a mint tag. When I say thrift - I mean 7.99.
Here are both of them together, the new one is on the left.

The three together for a family portrait

Needless to say I'm kind of excited. Sure there's not much new stuff being offered but sometimes you can find old stuff.
