Ouch, sorry to see what happened to Frank. Is it just the base that took the damage? Possibly fixable?
Definitely not fixable.I've been thinking about getting one of these mini excavators and wondering what kind of "bust" could be rendered from the top half. The head is undamaged, but the interior of the wax is much lighter color than the surface. Then, I could re-melt all the leftover wax down into a/some smaller candle/candles.I wish I was more talented at such things.
That sucks, but what can you do. Move on and think about the next great find. It might be just around the corner!
In the quest to obtain the most memorable of my childhood toys, I finally acquired this one. A 1978 boxed green Mattel Suckerman. I remember finding $7 or so on the floor of a department store (Alexanders). I actually looked around to see if anyone was in the area who may have lost it. Seeing no one, I was convinced I did my due diligence. I then used the money to buy this guy. The boxed version not the bagged header card one (no different). Box is a little ragged which is fine w/me. Still has the clear window insert and warranty card. Reinforced the tears and flaps and will cover with celo-wrap to keep it protected for display.

Not sure if I posted this, but my wife bought me the Kong Chaulkware and the advertisement poster behind it for my birthday.
So cool! You can't go wrong with black cats.
If they're properly cooked.
