Now just today at the same shop (don't kill me Terry) I found another nice large Telco Drac in a box.

I'm going to have to run you out of my neighborhood Paul. That thrift shop is less than a mile from Castle Famous! Get back on your own side of town!

BTW, I bought the missing skull last week at Arc for $0.35.  :D

Just kidding.  ;D

I hit the thrift stores here, too -- but never find any monster stuff.  Packy must be getting there ahead of me!

I don't hit the yard sales often but the missus and I were out for a walk and passing right by one when the vacuform Drac mask caught my eye and I had to check it out. I picked up the mask for a nickel and the Dracula board game for a buck, but the one that really excited me the most was the Aurora Mummy kit for 50 cents. The box is in decent shape, the instructions are in excellent shape, and the kit itself is complete and unpainted (the body pieces have been glued together but that's it).

Woah way to go, excellent score! Aurora longbox kit for fifty cents is unheard of.

That is a great find!  I would love to get the Dracula game.  I can't believe it was a dollar, is it complete?
Long live the UMA!

Thanks. I couldn't believe it when I found it. Here's a peek inside the box:

You wanna get rid of your nickel mask I'll give you $15 delivered for it. :-*

Don't think they were on anything but I didn't ask for a sample. The age is about right though.  :D

I love the old vacuform masks...those are what I remember having on Halloween when I was little.

It's not quite complete. It was missing the instructions but I found those on the internet in a .pdf file. It's also missing one of the player pieces so instead of being for 2-4 players it's now for 2-3.  ;)

Lee, that is so cool. Kelly always jokes that there might be monster toys at any yard sale we pass, then adds, "if only we had time to stop!"

What a great thing for you.
