Great score, BigShadow! It's all cool but the standouts, to me, are the autographed Creature photos, the Dracula ring, and the Scary Monsters mags. Dennis packs a "monstrous" amount of great entertainment into each issue. I think it's the best value among all current monster mags. I'm green with envy.  Zombie Cool  Have a great time, and Keep On Bashin'

Scary Monsters Mag, too me, it the best monster/horror/anything mag on the stands.  I had a great score of stuff from Dennis' stand.  I also, which its hard to tell by the photo, bought about 12 back issues of Scary Monsters for 5 for $20 and 100% of the proceeds went to help a little kid with medical treatment.  This guy had a stand with tons of back issue books that he was selling to help this kid!  Just the whole environment was totally kool and family-like.

Thanks, Monsters for Sale. I created a Flickr account and uploaded the pics but for some reason, even though I'm doing it exactly like in the demonstrational video in your link, the pics aren't work. So I'm just going to share the links to the flickr photos.

I had an unbelievable week on Ebay. I got both the complete set of Imperial Universal Monsters from 86 and complete Placo Universal Monsters from 91.

Imperial:  http://flic.kr/p/cn364Y

Placo: http://flic.kr/p/ckZnMG

The Placos came sealed in their box (I've already opened them) and the Imperials came with their original tags.

I think I prefer the Placos. The Imperials are darker and kind of creepier while the Placos are bright and kind of cartoonish. Even though I love my authentic movie likeliness as much as the next monster collector, I think the Placos nail the iconic generic look of the monsters.

Open up both UMA and Flickr at the same time.

---------------------------------------------------

At the UMA, when you get to point in your post where you want to insert a picture, left CLICK on the Mona Lisa "Insert Image" button above.

You will get 2 bracketed areas:

{img}---{img}

-----------------------------------------------------

Go to the Flickr screen where you see all sizes of the desired picture listed, select the size you want to post - then RIGHT CLICK on the picture itself.

You will get this drop down list:

Left CLICK on "Properties" and you will get this drop down list:

Highlight the URL (Highlighted by me in blue), RIGHT CLICK on the highlighted area and copy it - then left CLICK the OK Button.

---------------------------------------

Go back to your UMA post and paste your saved URL between the 2 bracketed areas.

You can check to make sure you got the right picture/size by hitting the "Preview" button to the right of the "Post" button below your posting.

You can also select your picture before you begin your post, just don't forget and save anything else before you insert it into your post.

I know its really hot out there and the last thing your craving is a nice warm blanket .. BUT .. hey, it's the Creature!

Just scored this beautiful handmade one of a kind crochet blanket.

Many thanks to a dear friend of mine who assisted me in obtaining it.

That Creature from the Black Lagoon blanket is a dream come true. You'll be the envy of the Monster World come chilly October.

Here are my scores this week from the Days of the Dead Convention in Indianapolis. First, I got Ace Frehley to sign my rare "KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park" laserdisc.

Then I had Gunnar Henson, the original Leatherface from the original "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" to sign this prop chainsaw I purchased from Caufield's Novelties 20 years ago.
