Fun Phoenix candy boxes
« on: September 12, 2008, 02:19:49 PM »
With the kind permission of Mike Scott, I have been having a bit of fun with his fantastic phoenix  template. First off – Bub and Captain Spaulding!

Hmmmm? That don't look like Bub and Captain Spaulding to me.

Ugh.. I gotta buy a rewritable disc...

Seriously, that's great! Although I would probably change the copyright info to whatever is appropriate for those movies and also change the ingredients in Bub's candy to stuff like brains, guts, etc.. lol ..

I'd love to see some Val Lewton ones. A little head of Cabman Gray saying "Meet my pal Toddy" and a pic of that stern disapproving face of Dr. McFarlane beneath... that'd be hilarious...

Haha! Thanks a bunch, Mike. That's great! Not exactly the image I had in my head but real good on short notice.

A Google Image search didn't turn up much.

Hey Folks,
Don’t know if I’ve ever posted here before, but I’ve been a member for a couple years. I stop by and get jealous of the cool stuff everybody has!  Anyway, heres a Phoenix box that I made which is in questionable taste, but somebody is bound to like it. I’ve done a few others, but this is the only one I can post via iPhone....

Welcome to the UMA (board), blackcat1369!

So, was Sharron the candy, or the toy (or both)?  ;D  (Boo!, Charlie! Glad you're dead!)
