The Kinks - Muswell Hillbillies (1971)
My favorite "post-Pye Records" Kinks album. Some truly inspired writing by Mr. Ray Davies. Mike, are you a fan of this one?

The new edition has great sound and two good bonus tracks. Totally worth the upgrade.

Looks like I waited too long on that one. It's OOP and kinda expensive. Is the one you have on the Sanctuary label?

The one I have is on Konk Records. It's the Kinks-owned label, distributed by Koch Records. It's an SACD (super audio CD). The sound is great and the bonus tracks pretty good.

I totally agree. I and III are my favs. II is great though. I know this is blasphemy but IV maybe my least fav Zep record. That or Presence.

Wow, Zep IV was the first one I didn't like. Really hated "Stairway to Heaven" (very pretentious). Actually Physical Graffiti was the last album of theirs I kinda liked
