Universal Oversized Masks
« on: July 12, 2012, 12:08:45 PM »
Last year after Halloween,I stoped in a Five Below store and picked up two Giant sized masks,Frankenstein, and the Wolfman. the salesman told me they were $ 2.00 a piece..I nearly fell over, needless to say I got them both. My question is ...What were these made for? Being so large they move around on youe head, were they just a novelty item? And are they rare? Just wondering, I don't have them with me at this moment or I'd post a photo. Thanks  >:D >:D

Great Deal!  I have all 3 and I paid around 30 bucks a piece a few years ago. You are missing Dracula.  Not sure why the large size.  Like you said it would not be easy to wear. I think it was made to be displayed.  A collectors item if you will.

I have the Frankenstein mask shown and it fits me perfectly.

I have a big, fat head and masks NEVER fit me.  But this Frank does - and the eyes even line up!

You are right about the size.  These are not practical for most people, and definitely not smaller adults.
