Growing up with Famous Monsters I always dreamed of this battle. Still haven't seen the actual movie, just stills from it.
Despite the Monster being victorious in my image, it's not my actual belief. The image just worked well with the classic photo
of the Monster holding that poor guy's severed head.  It fascinated me as a youth and still does to this day.

For those who have seen  Monster of Piedras Blancas, any thoughts on an actual winner?

The Creature would own him in a New York minute. I like M.O.P.B, but he died from bullet wounds. Creature took bullet wounds in 2 films and faked his death. Then returned for a third film and killed a mountain lion with his bare hands. He's tougher than Chuck Norris. Just sayin'.

This would be an awesome movie! Based on Creech's movies and MOPB's one film, I think Creech is quite a bit stronger than MOPB-he rips nets, throws people(see Revenge when he chucks that dude gainst the tree from like 10 feet away!) and as Anton pointed out-killed a mountain lion with his bare hands! MOPB is no light weight and I think he is probably more vicious(he sure liked decapitating people!) but I just don't think he has the sheer strength that Creech has.

Creature, most definitely. Seems stronger and faster, and most certainly has some sort of rapid regeneration ability, as he has been shown to survive multiple bullet wounds, while the monster did not.
