Just finished this one,An Aurora(MKII) re-issue of the Addar Kit from the 70's,Having done a fair bit of pre-buying research I was not to surprised at the  quality of the sculpt,or the strange "Dancing with the Stars" pose,so out came the razor saw,and off with various appendages  The kit is very obviously based more on Urko from the T.V series,Rather than Ursus from the Movie,and in retrospect,I think i should have removed the Bandolier ,but it does break up a VERY Black colour scheme.Shoulder pads and armour added,rifle bulked up to look more like an Ape rifle,base elements re-positioned,Ape beard and helmet extensions made with milliput,Knife added and rifle strap(Made from the foil from the neck of the bottle of wine i am currently enjoying :)Anyway, enough waffle,Here's the pictures.

Amazing. Love the idea of those kits. I remember as a kid, finding them and being so excited. It was like having a new set of monsters to build. This is a great reworking.
