I've not been able to cope with the mere mention of either Halloween or dinosaurs since my pet dinosaur died off shock in my arms after witnessing trick or treatin' pagan wicca witches dancing and cavorting on my front walk. Very sad.

Seriously for a moment: I am an EXTREME believer in the privilege and power of Free Speech. It's the greatest right we have as American Citizens. It is a privilege and it is a powerful one. This is where Stan Lee got it right when he created Spider-man; "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility." Fester is absolutely right. Even though we have the right of Free Speech, it comes with a heavy responsibility and we must accept the consequences of our words. Thus it is important to think before you speak or write.

Personally I'm always leery of exercising my right of free speech and telling that big biker fellow exactly what I think of his mother. After all he might punch me in the head, and then feed me to his pet dinosaur. While the New York School Board would ban any mention of the event, the New York Post I'm sure would cover it (albeit some might deride the story as sensationalism).

Well that's was certainly a sad news. I haven't heard any school doing that, this is definitely a robbery of freedom of speech.
