Chaney looks awesome as The Wolf Man here - He also looks cool as The Wolf Man in, The House of Frankenstein - http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_q9gTdYDKI3U/SxE92BEBRqI/AAAAAAAABYo/gBV2IeR8GZQ/s1600/Wolf+Man.jpg
I love to listen to cool jazz on a rainy night in 1947 Los Angeles --

When I saw this photo the monster kid in me did a somersault! I have always loved this photo of Chaney and have painted it several times. Out of all the classic monsters I took a shine to him the most as a kid. I guess that still resonates with me today.

Yeah and I think it's worth noting the differences in the look of the Wolf Man as these different films came out.  Yes, it's still Lon Chaney Jr., but from 1941 to 1948, he does undergo changes.

The freak in me can look a photo and tell which of the 5 movies it is. 8)

There seems to be an attempt to replicate that pose for the Don Post mask ad.
