Here in NYC, it's just an excuse for kids from NJ and LI to come to Manhattan, get blind wasted, and puke in the streets.

Ahhhh, youth.....

Back in my drinking (college) days, there was a local Irish pub. All four and a half years of my college career I only went there once on St Paddy's day. Green beer at 8am does not a happy person make. We tried going to class, and after about fifteen minutes said, "This ain't gonna work", and went back to a buddy's house, put on the Lamb Lies Down on Broadway and slept it off.
