I liked Son of Frankenstein best of the Frankenstein series, I liked Evil of Frankenstein and Son of Kong./

wow man, you liked First Blood Part II better than the original? and Mad Max III better than Road Warrior? I'm suprised dude, but hey it's your opinion lol

Puppetmaster II

There are some sequels that I don't think are better, but I still love them even though most people I know HATE them! Such as Nightmare On Elm St 2 and Halloween III.

Yes!  I have always thought this was underrated.  When it had come out, it felt like Michael was taken as far as they could so I welcomed the more anthologic feel to III.

The Bride of Frankenstein over the original Frankenstein, and pretty much any of the Mummy movies (where you actually see the Mummy) over the original Mummy.
