Here in the foreground is an Aurora Vampire build-up by Freddie Poe:

Together with the Frog, the Vampire was one of the two Castle Creation kits Aurora released in 1966. Neither sold well and they've never been re-issued. Here's the box for the Vampire:

I have always wanted this kit. Beautiful kit. Unfortunately too expensive for me to afford  in the secondary market to purchase.

Here's the chronology of the Aurora monster model kits in comparison to the fink themed model kits of other companies and the Marx Nutty Mads:

1961

Aurora: Frankenstein

1962

Aurora: Dracula, Wolfman
Revell: Outlaw

1963

Aurora: Mummy,  Creature, Phantom of the Opera
Revell: Tweedy Pie, Beatnik Bandit, Mysterion, Road Agent, Mr. Gasser, Mother's Worry, Drag Nut, Rat Fink
Hawk: most Weird-Ohs
Marx: Nutty Mads Series 1 & 2(?)

1964

Aurora: Hunchback of Notre Dame, Dr. Jekyll as Mr. Hyde, King Kong, Godzilla, Frankenstein's Flivver, Dracula's Dragster, Gigantic Frankenstein
Revell: Brother Rat Fink, Surfink, Angel Fink, Superfink
Hawk: Killer McBash, Wade A. Minut, Sling Rave Curvette, first four Silly Surfers
Marx: Nutty Mads Series 3, Weird-Ohs(?)

1965

Aurora: Wolfman's Wagon, Mummy's Chariot, Witch, Bride of Frankenstein
Revell: Surfite, Scuz-Fink, Fink Eliminator, Robbin Hood Fink, Boss-Fink
Hawk: Riding Tandem Silly Surfer, Frantics
Monogram: Fred Flypoggers by Mouse

1966

Aurora: Forgotten Prisoner of Castel-Maré, King Kong's Thronester, Godzilla's Go-Kart

I'm not entirely certain which year each series of Marx Nutty Mads was released which is why I left the (?) beside the entries. Otherwise I've tried my best to list each company's kits in the order of their release.

I believe Frankenstein's Flivver and Dracula's  dragster came out in 1964,  while Wolfman's wagon and Mummy's chariot came out in 1965.

My Classic Plastic Model Kits by Rick Polizzi book from 1996 backs up the info you've provided:

These are the years of issue given for the six monsters in rods kits:

1964

Frankenstein's Flivver
Dracula's Dragster

1965

Wolf Man's Wagon
Mummy's Chariot

1966

Godzilla's Go-Kart
King Kong's Thronester

I've accordingly modified my list above.
