Prof. Hemispheres

I bought him at a toy show awhile back.
I was curious what his background was.........toy, playset, game, etc, etc.
:-\

Gasport

Prof H, I have this guy, too. Got him along with a similar Creature, crouching Wolf Man and generic [non Lugosi] Drac in a bin of vinyl figures at a local card shop during the early 90's.

Prof. Hemispheres

I dug through a bin too.
You can find some really cool stuff in the junk bins at toy shows.
I wish I knew where he came from...

Could that be the "Hamilton" small version of their 14" Frankenstein?

Prof. Hemispheres

I'll have to Google the Hamilton Company.

Despite not knowing where he came from, he displays well with my Mystery Machine.
Perfect scale.

Why has a toy related thread been moved to a "Modern Monster Movie" thread?
What have I missed?
Toy question. That is why we have 2 toy threads here, right?

Prof. H.--Must have been an accident--I'll go ahead and put you in TOYS again.  Vintage, you say?  Here goes...

Okay, had me confused there.
I really didn't know where to post this question because I had no idea how old/new this toy was, and since he was "Frankenstein" I decided to throw it in the "vintage" thread.
My bad. So Zombie, this is a 1991 toys from Hamilton Gifts? Single fig? No playset or anything???

Toy Ranch

Yep, sorry about that.  I meant to move it to modern toys and moved it to modern movies.

Yes, it was sold as a single figure.  There are no playsets or accessories, but there are some other monster figures which were released at the same time.

Looking at your pick again I see the fig is only 4" but I believe Hamilton Gifts figures were around 14"s?  Though the likeness is identical so this was probably a smaller version of the same figure line.  And if I'm not mistaken there were Frankenstein (obviously), a Wolfman and Creature!

AH HA!! Found a previous topic on the mini-Creature!  So forget anything I said and just read that, LOL!

I have the Wolfman you refer to, mine is actually a keychain that I got from Universal Studios~

Here is the large Hamilton Gift Dracula, not mine by the way~

Also here is another UMA topic that covered these~

Toy Ranch

Hamilton made 14" hollow vinyl figures as well as the small ones.

This is a Creature in the small size.

This is an eBay listing for the big Creature.

Anyone know if all the mini figs all looked exactly like their larger counter parts?  If so then the crouching Wolfman is not from the same set as the 14" Wolfman is standing?!?!
