Frankenstein Monster Trophy question

Hey all,
I just won one of those Frankenstein Monster trophies. The first place one.
What was the deal with these? Were they part of the Master Monster Model Maker contest by Aurora and Famous Monsters? Or were they something different. The trophy itself is a mold reduced version of the Frankenstein by Aurora.
Please LMK,
Beast witches,
Matt Jaycox

That's a fantastic score Matt! Here is a link from a previous thread where Monster Bob discusses said trophy. Apparently, Aurora was not involved with this trophy nor the contest? I also included some pics of Bob's trophy in the thread.
BTW, if Aurora had nothing to do with the peanut butter cup monster trophy contest, then who did?

I like that fact that he's apparently standing on a reese's peanutbutter cup.
