So is he going to be IN TRU?  That would be great!

He is listed at the TRU site as a "pre-order" item.  They didn't say if they would have a big enough supply to stock them in their stores.  Sure hope so.

Me too.  I'd love to walk into TRU and see something like that!

You and me both.  I'd WALK in, see those Monster "dolls", buy 'em,  and DANCE out into the parking lot to my car like a little girl, pirouetting with pleasure!!  (Did I just say that out loud??)

I've already ordered 2 Franks online.  I just hope the stores carry them for all the young monsterkids who don't follow toy news and would discover them in the stores.

I just wish Universal monsters had the popularity to be realeased all at once and warrant their own free-standing carboard display - the whole works.  A Universal monster under every Christmas tree.

(Well, I can dream.)

Guess what I did today?

I WALKED into my neighborhood Toys R Us, saw those Monster "dolls" hanging on a peg, bought 'em,  and DANCED out into the parking lot to my car like a little girl, pirouetting with pleasure!!
Yes. I have them...they are beautiful.

Check your Toys R Us stores...they are there...next to the Venture Brothers 6" figures.

Oh man, that Wolf man is TOPS!  I'm glad I waited.

I went to my TRU wearing my tutu and tiara in anticipation of dancing dizzingly out to my car clutching the newest UniMonster dolls, but to my surprise and utter dismay, me eyes fell not upon  Franky nor Wolfman, but Twilight Zone dolls instead!!!  These Serlings are sweet, but NOT what I was after.  Feeling dejected,I doffed my tiara and ambled out of the store into the pouring rain to my waiting car.

GAK, I also visited my local TRU today and found exactly the same as you. [Hell, the weather was even the same!] The T-Zone figures are cool, but i hope this isn't a trade off where certain stores chose these over the Uni Monsters. Besides i already bought a T-Zone figure off of ebay for a friend and paid HALF of the retail price. The search continues....

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Keep checking Gak,
My Toys R us had both the Twilight Zone, Venture Brothers, DC Superheros AND the Monsters all together.

I was totally floored to find these today in TRU. Seeing these on the pegs was nothing short of awesome. Pure awesome. I can't confess to dancing but I did my best with two left feet. They had both the monsters and Twilight Zone (alas no Jason Foster).
