Picked up a few more blow molds before Halloween:

The 3 small heads (devil, jackolantern, skull) off to the right are candy containers from the '60s. They still have the transparent plastic tubes attached that held the candy beads. I got them on eBay, but I fondly remember buying similar ones as a kid back in the '60s around Hween time.  :)

The weirdass skull club toward the front is a plastic blow mold of unknown origin. If anyone knows what it is then be a good chap and clue us in please.

Does anyone know anything about this plastic blow mold skull club toward the front of this pic? It's brown/beige with a handle that looks like a large bone and the club is formed of many small skulls. Click on the pic to enlarge it for detailed view.

I purchased it from an eBay seller a few months ago and he didn't know anything about it either. It reminds me of a monster themed bat and ball set made in blow mold plastic (I had a similar Flintstones themed set as a kid), but that's just a guess. Anyone know anything about it?

'Saw & took photos of 2 large blow molds in a window display this evening.

approx 4 foot tall Frankenstein with both hands above his head and teeth on both edges of his mouth with a green shirt and black boots

approx 4 foot tall white ghost with a black cat (all one piece)

Both in decent shape for being old.

'Need to find another pic hosting site to get pics online.

Here's a better pic of my Halloween blowmold candy containers from the '60s.

The candy is long gone, but it was hard candy beads filling the clear tubes as I remember. I had many of these as a kid but those all disappeared decades ago. These 3 were purchased off evilBay.

Here's a blowmold Devil's Head Lamp from the '60s that sold on evilBay for over $200 at auction.

I love these things, or any blowmold featuring that Devil's Head mold. The only one I have now is the candy tube topper posted above but I'm always on the hunt. The problem is that they sell for more than I'm currently willing to pay. Hunting too many things I guess and the money doesn't stretch very far these days.

Here is my vintage Scarecrow/Jack O' Lantern blow mold I found in my Dad's basement, all cleaned up, and lit up!

The ghost here has the wrong pumpkin, I know, but the seller I bought it from was up front about the replacement, and I got it for a good price.

^Yes, it was actually covered in flood waters and mud in a barely together box. Since I never owned this as a child, I can only guess my late mother bought it at a yard sale at some point, probably with the intention of giving it to me, and it got boxed up by my Dad when she passed away.

These new, battery-operated blow molds are half-off at Kroger stores right now. We got the cat in jack-o-lantern earlier this season, but I picked up the dog/witch today for $8.99. They also have a cat and dog with ghost sheets over them.
