This was a piece off of a section that came from the collection of a man, I think his name was Foster (?).  I have the backround written down somewhere.  The wiring was removed at some point when they were restoring the eqipment for use in a disiplay, I think.  I guess they figured that no one really cared about the guts of the electronics.  Obviously, they were wrong.
