There was a certain charm to 1960's sitcoms that allowed the premise to work.  I just don’t see that being able to happen in today’s world.  But I’ll watch the pilot.

My knee jerk reaction to this would be two words: train wreck. Shows like the Munsters worked because of the cast, and due to the culture it aired in. I just can't see it happening in today's crappy culture.
