Well I'll give a quick review as I just got done listining to the cd for the 1st time.

Yes there are a few very well written KISS (Paul Stanley) songs on this CD. There a couple weak ones, but overall a solid release from a band that has been pretty much touring the same tour for the last 10 years.

By far Modern Day Delilah is my favorite..it sounds like something that could have been on Revenge to me. Something when KISS was getting grittier and going back to their roots...I dig the song.

Tom Thayer is fantastic...is he playing like Ace? Yes, and you can hear that "78" Love Gun sound in his solos..hey I'll take it.

Overall its a good buy. If you are a music lover or a KISS fan then I'm sure you will get it anyway. For 12.00 you get 3 discs, great packaging and a cool lyric/picture booklet...it sorta makes you want to buy music again.

Here is what you get:

1 new KISS release , Sonic Boom

The Jigoku Retsuden release (which is worth the 12 bux right there) previously only available in Japan and sells for a RIDICULOUS amount of cash on ebay.

and lastly...KISS LIVE!! from Buenos Aires DVD...which I havent watched yet.

Just thought I'd share \m/

That was funny! I picked up the CD yesterday at Walmart (only available there). Great value for 3 discs!
