Members selling on Feebay

Just wondering why with all the monster fans here why members give links to Feebay auctions.
Personally I don't really touch that anymore due to all the B.S and politics involved.
Wouldn't it be a smart move to put what you are selling here first,say for a week and see what offers there are? If you sell it at what you want to a member,GRRREAT! And you save auction fees. If not then Feebay it is. Gives our family first stab at it. Also remember that Slavepal is owned by Feebay for which they get ANOTHER % and postal M.Os are not a plague.
I see this all the time on the HMA. Great stuff for sale but ONLY Slavepal.

What is just as bothersome are people who sign up here and have nothing to contribute other than 'I'm selling this on ebay' or are selling a service or show of some sort. They usually have a low post number, which makes it even all the more obvious.

Bob , Laura. You are both inline with my thinking. Which is why I as well as other members( thanks Jim B.) here have posted stuff CHEAP or fee with shipping. The collectible stuff PLEASE post it here first. I have seen SOO many ludicrous prices on monster stuff on Feebay and only the chumps or the desperate with too much $ will pay it.

No offense, but If I want to sell something, I want someone with "too much money" to buy it. Yes please. I see no reason to post it here so I can sell it cheaper. I can and do give stuff away to my friends and UMA family but if I decide I need to sell stuff it's because I need money and I'd consider myself extremely fortunate to realize a ludicrous price. I DO see your point. I was a seller/buyer at the bay for over 10 years. However maybe YOU can do a quick deal on so and so you want $200 for here. Maybe you will get offers over that here And without any B.S fees. If not go do what ya gotta do. I'm just suggesting that this may be a way to help each other out and avoid the B.S HIGH fees.
One main collectible I am looking for are certain Ben Cooper/ Collegeville masks. Doesn't matter if I can find one delivered for $11 on Feebay from a seller that ONLY accepts Slavepal. I'd rather pay upwards of $15+ from a member who takes a P.M.O. Hell,even cash,I trust ya(most of ya anyway  ) Everybodies happy. No fees and if you get ripped off you can post it. Ebay couldn't care less if you get your stuff or not as long as THEY get paid. BTDT. POE.

You're right, a couple weeks ago I posted six latex masks for sale and got zero bids. I did not post the ebay link here. If there's someone in the group that wants any of them I would be thrilled to take an offer. They aren't Universal Monsters but horror demon goblin type. Got them from a guy that used to work for Post/Paper Magic and I don't even know what any of them are called. Tomorrow I'll  upload the pics, put them up for sale and we'll skip the fees.
(By the way I also slowly collect vacuform Cooper style plastic masks)
