I noticed there's no thread about this yet, so here we go. I don't know how many of you guys are aware of this, but Hellboy's getting a reboot. Neil Marshall (Dog Soldiers, The Descent, some great episodes of Game of Thrones) is directing, and David Harbour (Stranger Things) is our new Hellboy.
The film, simply titled Hellboy, is going to be a darker R-rated take that supposedly will be closer to the comics. An early draft of the screenplay was even written by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola along with his frequent collaborator Christopher Golden. Many fans of the Del Toro films may not even realize that his films made several major changes to the story and characters, and while I LOVE Guillermo Del Toro and his work I am very excited to see something that's more faithful.
With all that out of the way, here's our first look at the new Hellboy himself!

No Ron Perlman? Think I'll just re-watch the first two.
