Hello - no -they are not painted kits. They are brand new unbuilt kits. Here is a link to the Moebius Models site featuring a photo of the completed painted kit (for display purposes only) and the box it comes in. This is a plastic 1/8 scale kit that you have to build and paint.

That's why I'm not buying it lol There's a great thread entitled "Question from a Noob" in the kit board. I started it because I am a noob :P But there is some great advice there on how to get started so eventually you can get to at least a similar level. God knows if I had the skills I would be all over this. Great price for a great piece!
