Sex and the City co-star Kristin Davis has been tapped to co-star opposite Dwayne Johnson and Michael Caine in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, New Line's sequel to Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D, in which she will play love interest to Johnson and mother to Josh Hutcherson. Davis has just started filming the movie in Hawaii.
